Where your fancy text actually works
These styles are Unicode, so they travel with your text — but every app ships different fonts. Here's the honest rundown. If a style ever shows as □□, that app is missing the characters; switch to Bold, Italic or Script, which work almost everywhere.

- TikTok bio & comments
- X / Twitter

- Snapchat
- Google Docs & Gmail
- Game usernames (Steam, Fortnite)

Type your words
The preview converts as you type — no buttons, no waiting. Mix letters, numbers and spaces freely.
02
Pick a style & copy
Tap any specimen to copy it. The whole style travels with the text because it's real Unicode, not a picture.
03
Paste it anywhere
Drop it into your bio, a caption, a doc or a chat. Or download it as a PNG/SVG, or print a tracing worksheet.
Take it off the screen
Download any styled text as a crisp PNG or SVG — perfect for thumbnails, posters, stickers and logos. Pick your colors and size before you save.
Practice makes penmanship
Generate dotted tracing worksheets from any name or word — cursive or bubble style — and print them for the classroom, the fridge, or quiet-time practice.
Questions, answered
How does the cursive generator work?+
It converts your letters into special Unicode characters that look like cursive handwriting. Because they're real text (not an image), you can copy and paste them into Instagram bios, TikTok, X, WhatsApp — anywhere text works — and they keep their style.
Why do some letters show up as boxes (□□)?+
Every app ships with its own fonts. If an app doesn't include a particular Unicode style, it shows a box instead. The most widely supported styles are Bold, Italic and Script — if a rarer style renders as boxes somewhere, try one of those.
Is it free and private?+
Yes. The generator runs entirely in your browser — your text is never uploaded to a server, and there's no sign-up, watermark or limit.
Can I use cursive text in an Instagram bio?+
Yes — that's the most popular use. Paste the generated text straight into your bio, caption or comments. Script and Bold Script styles are the most readable at small sizes.
What's the difference between this and a font?+
A font changes how text looks everywhere on your device. These are individual Unicode characters, so the styling travels with the text itself — no font install needed, and it works on any device that has the characters.
